Spa Guidelines

Understanding Our Appointment, Cancellation, and Late Arrival Policies 

 

At B Well, we’re more than just a place to relax and rejuvenate; we’re a community where every visit is an opportunity for wellness and tranquility. We understand that life is full of unexpected twists and turns, which sometimes means changing plans on short notice. To ensure that we can continue offering our high-quality services and exceptional experiences to all of our clients, we’ve crafted a set of policies around appointments, cancellations, and late arrivals. Our goal is to make these policies clear and fair, fostering an environment of respect and consideration for everyone involved.  

Planning Your Spa Experience

Scheduling in Advance:

  • We encourage you to book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. This not only helps in planning your personal schedule but also aids us in managing our therapists’ availability, ensuring that we can provide the personalized attention each guest deserves.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: 

  •  ​We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. Here’s how we can work together when adjustments are needed: ​

    • 24 Hours' Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us enough time to adjust our schedules and possibly accommodate other guests who are waiting for an opening. 

    • Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee amounting to 30% of your scheduled service cost will be charged. This fee is a way for us to partially cover the time that had been allocated for your visit. 

    • Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 7 Hours): Should you need to cancel within 7 hours of your appointment, a 50% service fee will apply. This policy reflects the challenges of filling your slot on such short notice and compensates our dedicated staff for their time. 

    • Missed Appointments: We hope it never comes to this, but in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the reserved service will be charged. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our therapists, who have set aside time specifically for you.

 Navigating Late Arrivals:

  • Our aim is to provide a serene and full experience for each client. Here’s what happens if you’re running late: 

    •  Short Services: Given the precise scheduling of our services, arriving late may mean there isn’t enough time to complete your service. In such cases, we unfortunately may not be able to accommodate you, and a charge of 50% of the booked service will apply. 

    •  Longer Services: If you are late for a more extended appointment, we may have to shorten your service to keep on schedule for our next guests. Please note, you will still be responsible for the full fee of the service booked. We encourage you to arrive on time or even a few minutes early to relax and enjoy the full breadth of your spa experience.
