Founded by Buffalo-raised esthetician and massage therapist, Brittany Chappius, B Well opened its doors in 2017 and has since become a beloved gathering place of care, sisterhood, and renewal.

Growing up in Buffalo, Brittany saw the power of community and connection; how a calm word, a nurturing touch, or a supportive environment could transform someone’s day. She carried that belief into her dual-licensing in massage therapy and esthetics, and ultimately into the creation of B Well. In Brittany’s hands and vision, the spa is more than a place for treatments—it’s a place for transformation.

At B Well, we’ve built a sanctuary that reflects that vision. With seven treatment rooms, each carefully designed to feel intimate, warm, and welcoming, our team offers a holistic experience: massage, esthetics, sound classes, reiki —and meaningful pop-up events with local collaborators. Our goal? To nurture your body, quiet your mind, and uplift your spirit. We believe self-care is not a luxury—it’s essential!
